Can I watch the stars with these binoculars?

It is a nikon trailblazer ATB 8221. Is this a good brand? I want a binocular where I can see up very close.

These binoculars will show you the Galilean moon’s of Jupiter, but not the rings of Saturn (you need around 30x magnification). They seem pretty good. If you want higher power binoculars make sure they are mountable on a tripod. It is very hard to hold high power binoculars steady.
