Which scope should I get for my Ruger .22?

I have a Ruger 10/22-RPF and I’m wondering which scope out of these 2 I should get. Also, would they mount to my gun or do I need different rings? I have the rail on the gun already.

either of the 2 is fine, but you may need different mounts,
