Burris makes good rings, I really like Savage rifles, and I think that the Nikon Prostaff is a great buy for around that price. I usually choose a 4x fixed scope, but that is personal preference. I’m not big on bipods, though. If I’m shooting from a bench, I use bags. Haven’t ever had an opportunity to use a bipod while hunting. Looks good otherwise.
