a gun question for ruger ranch rifle owners?

does anyone know if a colt rifle m-4 or ar-15 m-16 magazine ,will fit in a ruger ranch rifle of the same caliber .223 or 5.56 . are they compatible ????

NO..They are not interchangable and there isn’t a conversion kit that will allow them to fit…..The Ruger Mini-14 is rather particular as to what magazines work well in them. Apparently Ram-Line attempted to make a magazine that had interchanchable heads for both AR and Mini-14, but it was a dismal failure and was prone to jamming and Fail-to-feeds. Avoid After-Market magazines made by companies other than Ruger. They rarely work well, and by the time you realize it, most companies will not let you return them for a refund. Stick with “Genuine” Ruger magazines and spend a few dollars more now, and be assured of quality as well as function, each and every time!
