I wanna know what name it is.?

I’m looking for the tool which is used by who is mowing grasses on the street. I’m searching it from e-bay, but I don’t know what name it is.
What I’m asking the one is compact and looks light, looks like it’s made from rubber or things like not hard. It can be used by even woman. It’s not a car or tractor. Do you understand what I wanna ask?
