Different Reticles

Is this red dot sight good or not? Any expereience with it?

I need to buy a sight for my airsoft gun but I have a very limited budget. The most I can spend is about $30. I was looking on eBay and saw an ncstar red dot holo sight for about $15 but it’s plastic and it’s just a red dot. Then I saw one for $32 that has red and green with four different reticles. It is made of aluminum alloy which is a big plus for me but I haven’t heard anything about it. Which one should I get? Please respond ASAP.

@ Michael – the point of an Eotech is it’s parallax free, since it’s holographic. It makes it far easier to shoot round corners and means you can aim faster as your head position isn’t so important.
