Extendable Bipod

what bi pod height is better for bench shooting? 6-9 inch, or 9-13?

I found a 9-13 bipod made by winchester on sale for 26 dollars, and I’m wondering if it is a good height for bench shooting at targets. Which is better the extendable one from 6 to 9 inch, or 9 to 13 inch extendable bi pod. What r the advantages and disadvantages?
P.s. I am putting it on my savage 110 in 30-06

The longer bipod is really only necessary to clear a longer magazine, or for clearing uneven ground. Since your Savage doesn’t have that problem, and since benches are usually more or less level, the shorter one will be stabler.
