What lens filter should I use for my Nikon D60?
For the original lens and the 200mm one I also have. Also, what’s a good lens cleaner to use, and what cloth to use with it?
your best bet is to get a good cloth and cleaner from a photo shop,along with filters to fit these particular lenses.The filters should be either sky or ultra violet .Spray and clean the lenses each and wipe them down as clean as possible.Than clean those filters on both sides.Put the filters onto the lenses.The reason being is to keep dust off the lens itself
This will also give protection to the lens threads if you accidentally bang into something hard and dusting the filter is easier,and if the filter is scratched ,it is easier to replace than a lens repair.Other filters can be installed onto the filters also
