Focus Black

When people discuss racial issues in the US, do they tend to focus on black and white relations? ?

Hi, I am currently a high school student who is trying to do his sociology project. My question as stated above is to find out whether or not racial issues focuses on black and white relations in the US, and also how it reflects racism in general because of it in general in the US.
