How are Sight mark sure shot sights?

My dad just got a Bushmaster XM15-E2S and he was planning on getting a sight for it. How are the sight mark sure shot reflex scopes? Other scopes I mentioned are C-more, EO-Tech, and and burris. i’m trying to convince him to get a red-dot/holographic sight. Any suggestions? Thanks
