Which should i buy? a Laguna guitar w/ a Line 6 Spider III amp or a B.C. Rich Red Bevel with amp?

The Laguna guitar uses a basswood body (i’ve heard basswood is bad) and a indian rosewood fretboard, im not sure about the neck, and the B.C. Rich uses an Agathis body, maple neck, and rosewood fretboard, which would be a better choice to purchase?

id have to say the laguna bc of the amp (line 6 effects rock) but the sound and look of the bc rich is cool the amp im not so sure of
