Ill Rubber
If I wear the rubber bands on my teeth longer will I have to wear them for a shorter period of time?
My dentist just said i has to wear my bands at night for at least 12 hours. Then she said eventually ill probably wear them everyday all day. If I wear them for longer than 12 hours a day will i not have to wear them everyday all day? If so, how many hours should I wear them a day?
Wear them for 12 hours if you wear them more than this you may overcorrect your teeth! That’s why your ortho recommended 12 hours at night! If you do this you probably won’t have to wear them all day like your ortho said! So just listen to your ortho and you’ll be fine! Good luck!
