What’s a good brand for a pro light weight skateboard?

I want to get my boyfriend a skateboard deck for his birthday. I know he wants like a pro light weight one. Which is the best one to get?

Picking out a skateboard is SO hard! You need to find out what size he rides. They vary in widths so it is hard to guess, or you could just measure one he has now. They also have diff noses and tails so that is a big thing. Also they are curved or flat depending on the model so you might as well just get the one w/ the coolest design! Or gift certificates work awesome too! It sounds like he’s not too hardcore w/ it so maybe just anything wont matter too him, hardcore skaters stand on 100 boards before buying one! Sorry if this made it worse!
