How it is possible to down load all sent and received mails?

How it is possible to down load all sent and received mails from YAHOO MAIL , GMAIL
pl. suggest I want to download all my mails

I assume you’re referring to downloading your mail onto an email client program like Microsoft Office Outlook, or Mozilla Thunderbird.

You can set up both your Yahoo and Gmail accounts in your email program by going to the set up wizard under Tools, and entering the relevant information including Incoming and Outgoing email server settings.

Yahoo may be a problem if you’re using their FREE email service. You need to upgrade to the PAID Mail Plus email account to get POP3 settings to access your account in this way.

You can only download Received mail, not Sent messages.
