AMC does anyone remember the first OPAL?

I think the actress’ name was Dorothy Lyman ( went on to Mama’s Family). She was such a hoot to watch. If you don’t remember, she was a hard, more street wise,version. She was, in those days Langley Wallingford’s ( Phoebe’s ne’er do well husband)
She always wore the nurses tops that you could see right through LOL
I always wondered if they did this on purpose.
Now if she were on the show, Crystal would never have cheated on Tad because this woman would tear her up! Ah, the old days.
I wish the soap channel would start reruns of AMC from the beginning, I think it would be fun stuff to see all these people form the beginning don’t you?
Great word to describe her character Kyle…MOXIE!

Oh yes, Lyman was the actress who introduced us to Opal Gardner, and she played it to the hilt. She wouldn’t have sat around having visions in tea cups. She’d have taken Krystal to her Glamorama, dyed her hair green, and then chase her out of town with her cutting shears.

That Opal had moxie! This one just isn’t quite as hilarious to watch. She’s too much of a worry wart, and Opal Gardner was anything but a worry wart.
