How good is the Marlin Model 917 Bolt Action Rifle 17 HMR?

I was thinking about getting a 17 hmr and I found this one, I was just wondering how good it is and if it is worth its price.

i don’t really prefer 17′s but i guess if you are hunting very small game they will work
they have very high velocity and shoot very tight spreads at about 50 yards
