Matte Duplex
Floor Mat that can absorb noise?
We live in a Duplex where we have neighbors below us and when ever we exercise or use the plastic Drum Kit to our Rock Band game we disturb the people below us.
My question is;
Is there a Floor Mat or a Blanket made of some type of material that would absorb the noise and/or the “pounding” that we could place under us when exercising or the Drum Kit when playing the Rock Band game?
Any other ideas on how to absorb the sound would be awesome too.

This is all I’ve ever seen and have to doubt how much it would really help. You might want to search the web for plans on a noise reducing drum riser.
