Matte Riflescope

I want to buy a Ruger 10/22 deluxe .22 rimfire rifle and a Bushnell Legend 4-12×40 Riflescope Matte Multi-X 754124M from Singapore. Before I get to Singapore I just want be sure that the particular gun store has got the things that I am looking for. I also want to know their prices. It is convinient for me if I could communicate with them before I reach them physically. Can anyone please help me in this regard? I would also appreciate your valuable comments regarding the combination of the above mentioned rifle and scope for using them to engage small targets at a distance of 100 – 130 yds.
