How high should I mount my Plasma TV?

How high from the floor sould I mount my plasma tv. I am having a house built and I have the contractor placing the cable and plug up high for my TV. How high sould I have the plug and cable mounted?

The middle of the TV should be around eye level when you are seated. Which is around 4 feet or so for the middle of the TV.
