Neck Size

My neck size has increased from 15 1/2 to 17.5 inches in the past 3 years?

My waste size has remained the same at 36-38 inches. Could someone help. Why is this happening and what can I do to reduce my neck size.
Age 29, 5’7 height, average active (tennis twice a week), office type work.

Stop eating lard ass ? how old are you are like 20 you are still growning well obviously you are but how old are you do you work out if so you need to work your abbs out more anda QUIT with the sholder and arm work outs or at least tone them down a little or maybe you have a groth in your neck
