what neck size do u think my dog is he is a lab/golden retriever mix?
he is 5 months and weighs about 30 pounds i bought a collar that says 10-18 neck size do u thank this will be ok 4 him
10-18 means that the collar will adjust between 10-18 inches. So you need to measure your dog’s neck! Take a string and wrap it carefully around the dog’s neck, in the place where you will fit the collar. Hold the string at the point where it “fits”, then straighten it out on your counter or table. Get a ruler and measure the length of the string, up to the point where you held your finger on it. That is the circumference of your dog’s neck!
He’ll probably fit into a 10-18 inch collar, for now, judging from your description. You may need to buy a larger one later on, though.
