Nikon Monarch

Which scope would you choose out of these 3?

I’m looking to buy a scope but i’m stuck. These 3 scopes are basically the same price which would you choose and why?

If those are the choices — I would go with either the Nikon Monarch or the Bushnell Elite 4200.
I have heard nothing but excellent comments on the Bushnell Elite 4200. Excellent scope.
The Nikon Monarch is great as well — the Nikon optics are amazingly clear.
I know nothing about the Sightron scopes — so I won’t comment.

I have mostly all Leupold 4×14′s on my various rifles. I have one 4×14 Nikon BuckMaster (looking for a less expensive option than the Leupolds at the time) — and the glass, to me, seems so much more clear than the Leupold’s, but the Leupold’s seem to be built more solid.

The one negative comment I do remember, about the Bushnell Elite, was that if you did not get the eye relief set perfect — it was like looking through a long narrow tunnel. I don’t have that problem with the Leupold’s that I have.

Check some of the comments on the mail order websites. Pull up the specific scope on the mail order website and see what the people that bought one have said. To me that is the best way to find out how the item performs. Everyone on this Hunting Forum will tell you Leupold, just because it is American Made. Bottom line — You can’t go wrong with either the Nikon or Bushnell 4200.
