little bumps under my eye?

i have like little red bumps under my eyes like in the bag area, i have like 2 under my left eye and the right one it starts like one the right side of my nose and goes under my eye into the bag area again. the right side is redness and a few pimpless. i do have bags and i use clean and clear morning glow under it in the morning which i’ve been doing for a long while and i put potatoes under my eyes @ nite which i just started last night. i use coverup under my eyes evry day but i m always sure i wash it off every day. they don’t itch or hurt, they r just there. wht it it? plz help.

sometimes they just come naturally. But if you go to a dermatologist alot of the time they can get rid of them. I have gotten little white bumps under my eyes but not red. You can always just cut them off yourself or have the doctors do it
