Is 300-350 FPS good for an Airsoft Gun?

I saw an Electric M4 Carbine Airsoft gun at Sport’s Authority today for 120$, and it came with a Pistol, and some tactical gear (Sight, Tac flashlight, and I think a laser sight). I can’t remember the exact FPS, just that it was over 300. I wanted to know if that was good. And for that matter, is 206 FPS for the pistol good? Thanks in advance.

200 FPS is not very good, I have a pistol that goes 400. However, that pistol HURTS. 300 is a good FPS rating, and anything harder than that.
