Portable Reloading

Need help backing up my music.?

I have a Zune and the latest software for it. All of my music is imported there and on my zune. Only issue is, I want to back up all of my music to a portable hard drive, and all of my music is spread out between hundreds of folders all over the place. My question is, is there a way to have my zune software organize it all for me so i can easily copy and paste? Or would deleting all of my music off the computer, then reloading it on there off of my zune make it all appear in the same area? Please help!

I’m not to sure but if you make a playlist out of the music could that organize it into one folder. I think what would be easiest is to just put in a flash drive and then use the search bar to go through your folders and find the music. Good luck!
