“Find the center of mass of the lamina (?) bounded by f(x)=4-x^2 and the x-axis.

Since the answering time is running out, I don’t have time to answer your problem.

The center of mass is Σ(m_i r_i)/Σm_i. Use that formula to determine the center of mass.
