how to use my deer call?

i baught a original estrus bleat primos can and saw a vid saying the long bleat it makes is a alarming bleat and is not good ad that a few shot bleats means a doe is ready to mate is this true? how should i use the call effectively should i do short bleats like i mentioned about 4-5 times or what? ill be hunting in early november in minnesota if that helps and when or what time should i do the calling and how long should i wait before calling again

I have the same can and I have used it effectively many times during the rut. I’ve never had a problem with either a buck or a doe becoming alarmed, and had both within visual range while using it. But I stress, this is during the rut, when does are in heat. Outside of heat, yes I think that it does sound much like an alarm bleat.
I agree with the previous answerer in that this call is best used with a couple of tending grunts from a deer grunter. I typically bleat once, grunt twice and then stay silent for about 10 minutes. Then repeat. Good luck!
