What Tactical Load Bearing Vest/Suspenders/Etc should I use for my Resident Evil 5 costume?

I found that just about all of Chris Redfield’s equipment is based on real military equipment however. His TLBV (tactical Load Bearing Vest) though looks unique most of the ones I find look right from the back or look right from the front. but not in total. Witch one most looks correct or at least were could I get a true one modified to look correct and witch one when modified would look correct. This is very important cause I work for a convention and I’ll be wearing this quite a lot threw the conventions I will be going to. In addition I cant find his compass on the front of his belt anywhere. It’s important to note all his satchels I can find its the base harness he wears that I need. Every other part of his costume I’ve found or am having made. (the shirt is being made by a friend of the convention)
