Detailed info on how to fit a spring or gas ram into an air rifle please?

Hi, i’ve made a similar question to this already, but can anyone tell me the procedure of replacing a spring or gas ram of an air rifle in as much detail as possible. Its a BSA Lightning XL if that helps, thank everyone.

tucksie has a valled point, If it were me i would figure it out my self and thats what i did, its not that hard.
If you do have a go make sure you remember where everything has to go back too, otherwise ask a gunsmith or someone who sells air rifle’s.
A starter would be to take the carridge away from the stock/wood— loosen the screws underneath.
Ounce you have the carridge in your hands , there should be some type of bolt or fastning which is holding the spring in the chamber commpressed, ounce that bolt,pine etc is released the spring will resume its normal shap an me be projected out, so be carefull at that stage ( there also could be another pin beneath so that dose not happen) The rest im sure you will figure out
