will ruger redhawk grips fit on a gp100?

Ill be buying a gp100 when I turn 21 next month, but haven’t found too many aftermarket grips I like for it. I like a lot of the ivory and mock-ivory grips for the redhawk that are in the somewhat western style grip. The reason I ask is I found a grip website that has the grips listed under redhawk/gp100 and it made me wonder. If not any grips websites are appreciated
