Finger adjustable turret adapter for rifle scope?

I am looking for a screw-on adapter for a rifle scope with conventional windage and elevation turrets, that would allow me to move them by hand, instead of needing to use a screwdriver all the time. I don’t even know if they exist or not, and I’ve never seen one, but I’ve heard of them, and if they’re real, I would like to see about buying a pair for my scope. I can’t afford to buy a better scope right now. Has anyone seen these, and know where I can find some?
I’m not looking to replace the turret itself. I’m looking for something that would screw on in place of the cap, that would give me something to grap ahold of to turn the dial by hand. An “adapter” so to speak.
