When will they permanently remove quick scoping in Black Ops?

I hate quick scope. It works too well and I never get a chance to play a fair game. Are they ever going to remove it? If so, when?

Okay, I’m sorry but quickscoping is WAY harder than playing normally. Even in MW2, when SOH Pro brought quickscoping to its peak, it was still far more common to see people using automatic weapons than the Intervention or Barrett 50 Cal. This is because quick scoping is genuinely difficult, and most people aren’t able to do it. It’s not done because it’s overpowered, it’s done because people like to show off how good they are. And no, I didn’t do it in MW2, although I have gotten into it in Black Ops. It’s trickier, but if you use the L96A1 with the Acog scope, it is doable. And again, I don’t do as well with it as I would if I used the Famas or something, but it’s more FUN. And that’s how video games are supposed to be. I don’t care if a real sniper would break his shoulder if he tried the technique, in real life snipers sit half a mile away from the fight and get like 3 kills in a battle. When Treyarch tried to remove it, they not only removed a legitimate way to play the game, but they also gimped “real” sniping with the stupid scope sway. I’m extremely happy that the sway will be reduced in the next patch, and I hope that the trend continues. Treyarch ruined all aspects of sniping, and the reaction to it has been almost entirely negative in my experience. Black Ops is a fantastic game, but they need to make this right. And sorry for the rant
