What scope should i choose?

I am purchasing a Remington 700 (7mm 08) rifle and i have to choose between a leupold scope and a Kahles scope to have mounted on it!
The Leupold is a VXIII 4.5-14×40 Duplex and the Kahles is a 3-9×42. Which one should i choose and why?

I would personally choose the Leupold because it has a warranty to back it up. Also if you are shooting right as soon as shooting light comes up the leupold acts like a night vision scope by just bringing the minimal light thats out in through the scope so you don’t mistake a doe for a buck or visa versa. I would personally go with the Leupold.
