2008 top sniper question?

In the 2008 top sniper competition at fort Benning Georgia there was a piece of equipment that i want but cant find. It looks like a up and down hill scope leveler and its got a clear plastic covering can anyone tell me what it is.

Anyway, you’re looking for something to assist with Slope Dope. Dope is “Data of Previous Engagement”, and slope meaning an angled shot. Here’s a link to the slope doper I use now. Some Snipers I’ve worked with just use a protractor with a string on it as well. I’ll follow your question, so if this isn’t it just elaborate and I’ll try again.
