What is the scope of hospital administration in USA after completing BHMS?

I hv done with BHMS and i m planning for Hosp Administration , I m confused whether i shld do it in India nd go to USA or i shld study there in USA?
What is a better option?

doing it from US will give u a better CV and so better opportunities!!
but it comes with a PRICE!!!
