what are the components of a drum set used to play faster songs?

Im looking into getting a drum set but have no idea what I need to get, I have an idea but id want a list of the components so i can look for a good price. Im mainly using it to play faster songs will double bass ect.

Get a basic 5 piece drumset, any brand name (Pearl, Tama, Yamaha, etc.) with 4 cymbal stands (hat, crash1, crash 2 and ride). Get a drum throne (yes, it matters). Buy a double pedal (again, a decent brand name).

Sit higher and on the edge of the throne. It’ll allow your feet to play faster. Keep the heels UP when playing rock/metal (just as long as they don’t touch the pedals…not too high).

To play faster too, play looser and move “smaller” and lighter. Don’t get any sticks heavier that 5B
