If someone purchased the following items: (see post) what would you surmise their intentions were for them?

Items purchased: ProMag PM111F Tactical Shotgun Set for Mossberg 500/590 (which includes the following) * M4 style 6 Position Buttstock with pistol grip * 3 Rail Picatinny Handguard * Removable vertical foregrip
* Rubber buttpad——-and——- a Sightmark Sure Shot Reflex Sight (Black) ????
From my recent answers I gather I need to clarify that I am not the owner of the listed items. I came across a receipt (that belongs to my brother) enumerating said items. He is having a hard time right now so it concerned me. But, he also is a military school alum and was taught hunting by our dad. I am trying to find out if he is simply being a gun enthusiast, planning a camping/hunting trip, or wants to hurt those who have recently offended him. I would ask him, but he is a bit of a sensitive person and I don’t want to p*** him off. Thanks to anyone who can help give me some peace of mind.
