How do i use the colt 1911 airsoft pistol target model laser sight?

i got this new airsoft gun and it has a mounted lasersight with a wire held to the grip. it wont work and theres no place to plug in the laser. i checked the bateries and it still wont work.
HELP

Why would you ask that here? That would be like me walking into a toy store and asking someone how I work my new Glock.
