Sniper Combo

What are the best combo (camo, gun, perks, attachments) for a sniper in Call of Duty 4?

right now im using a blue tiger .50 cal with claymores, stopping power and iron lungs…..what would be a better combo for better hiding and concealment?

Perks
Stopping power — Is OK, but usually you want to be aiming for the head, so its gonna be 1 shot kill, maybe consider replacing this with UAV jammer if you want to remain hidden. I find UAV jammer good with SMGs you can sneak around and get peeps unexpectedly.

Iron Lungs — Also good, but depending on how well you play, you might not need to breath in for long periods of time, maybe if you want to improve your skill with a sniper i would lay off this perk for a while.

Claymores — claymores are OK, useful for camping and taking out bastards who run around the whole map to get you! but only really use full if camping in a room/building. Bandoiler might be good for you for camping and sneaking if your finding your running out of ammo alot.

Camo — Its nice to show off your upgrades in camo for your weapons, especially for a sniper, but for that added amount of cover i would use woodland camo for maps like Pipline, and then change to desert for maps such as Killhouse or Crossroads and then maybe digital for Bloc.

Attachments — personally i wouldn’t bother with attaching the ACOG scope, not as precise and no breath in.
As for your pistol i would have the silencer on.

Weapons — lets start with the pistol.. i would recommend the Browning M1911 .45 its the 3rd pistol on the list, if my memory serves me right. Low recoil, high amount of damage. wouldn’t worry too much about the small ammo clip seeing as it can pack a punch. Silencer attached for added stealth!!

sniper time.. now, the R700 goes upon the rule of “1 shot to kill” if you miss your buggered and prolly wont have chance to take another shot at the target, so maybe consider using iron lungs if your gonna use this.
The Barrett 50. cal is also good the most penetrative sniper, so you can pick people off through cover. Although this a close quarter kind of sniper so maybe for long range stealthy shots the R700 is better for you.
