Best Range Finder and Best Spotting Scope for my money?

My budget is as cheap as possible. But if i can get something that is ten times better for a little more coin than let me know. Thanks.

for your spotting scope i recommend burris landmark. Its a good mid-priced spotting scope. Nikkon makes some good range finders.
