How to choose my operating system?

hai friends,
I had installed two operating systems in my system. one in C drive and other in D drive. There is windows 7 in C drive and windows xp in D drive.
when i start my system and try to select an operating system only windows xp appears. please help me how to choose my operating system…

the way to get it working is to re-install windows xp on drive C and windows 7 on drive D the oldest operating system should always be on Drive C
what’s happened is when you installed windows xp on drive d it overwritten the boot sector to point to windows xp on drive d leaving windows 7 with no chance of booting if you install windows xp first on drive C windows 7 will detect windows xp and create the dual boot system you want automatically
