what’s a good scope to mount on a 15-22 for 100 yard shooting?

i’m trying to keep the price around the $100 mark at the most. I want a scope with a mil-dot reticle and higher than 9x magnification. i was using a 3-9X40 tasco and it’s perfectly fine at 25 yards, good magnification, but i can’t hit shite with the 9X at 100 yards. I want it to have a mil-dot reticle so that i can zero it at 25 and compensate for 100 yards. also the 100 yard target at my range is not at all at the same elevation from where the shooters shoot from. it’s might actually be a 25 food drop in elevation. in other words you have to angle down to shoot your target.

Save a little more money and get a Mueller Scope. Mueller Optics 4.5-14x40mm AO APV Rifle Scope
about $130. It shoot better then you can & will last forever. Look at them on the link below but do a Google search to look at lower prices.
