How do you add album cover on top of your myspace page?

I have a music myspace and im new to it! Many music profiles have a Album cover or custom pic on top of the “home,mail,people” toolbar and is the first thing you see when you click on their page is that album pic or custom pic. how the hell do you do that? I use LOVEMYFLASH.COM layouts and is it possible to do that with that layout code? thanks in advance!
