Trijicon Accupoint

How good of a rifle is the VSS vintorez rifle?

How accurate, reliable, etc. is the VSS vintorez rifle (the suppressed one and the unsuppressed one, and which one is better)? How is 9x39mm ammo it uses in terms of accuracy, power, availability,etc. Where can I buy a VSS and 9x39mm ammo new (or used)? Are there new versions of it? Are there versions of it that can be fired without the suppressor? How would this rifle be for deer hunting (if I tried it)? Are there any aftermarket scope mounts to mount something like a trijicon accupoint 1-4?

Try looking on the various gun auction websites to see if these have ever even been imported to the US. I don’t think they have.
