Archery sights question?

I just got the Kodiak Nomad bow and put on the Bright Site Xtreme sights made by TruGlo. I am sighting in my bow and i am shooting very low but my top pin is as far down as it will go. There is a adjustment thing on the side that is there to adjust the elevation of the sight should i move that??? thanks.. you can see the sights here…http://truglo.com/content/products/archery/sights/brite_site_extreme.asp

Move the entire sight bracket lower. That should correct the problem.
