What would you like to ask who makes a tactical/synthetic replacement stock for a ruger m77 mark II varmint?

i have a ruger m77 mark II target/varmint rifle in .22-250. The gun being 10 lbs is a little more than necessary even for accuracy purposes. I cannot find anyone who would make a synthetic tactical stock to fit it besides mcmillan. Can anyone help?

Josh, there are a couple of other choices for you beside Mcmillan. I use Wenig Custom Gunstocks, they have a nice website, you get an actual person when you call and they can make any style stock you want. I have gotten rough finish laminates from $175 from them to actually going to the factory twice now. I have a O/U that I went up there and picked out the piece of wood, helped to design the cuts, had a fiberglass model made and came back for the final fitting and finishing. The other was a custom laminate for a Weatherby that I built up. I went up, picked out the stock, left them the barreled action and came back to a masterpiece. You can get them to do anything in wood, laminate, or glass resin.
If you want another option contact Ruger and ask for the custom shop, it’s pricey but they can make you a custom stock as well.
