Vintage Reloading

Does anyone know if the reloading data for a M1 Garand 30-06 listed in Hornadys’ manual is ok to shoot?
Just don’t want to waist my time if it’s pressure curve is to much for this vintage weapon. Also would like to know if the SST’s would work ok. I do want to hunt with it this coming season.
I use it for mine and have no problems at all. I did recently get an adjustable gas plug so I can just use the same loads as my bolt action and am very happy with that as well. Now I just have to make one load for all of my .30-06′s.
Use their data and you will have no problems. I also loaded mine with 150 Gr. SST, and it is just fine for deer.
