What MOA is this Dot sight?

It says 15.7 @ 100 m (what does that mean)
Is this a small reticule I mean… Is the dot very small?
this is a 4 MOA dot sight, meaning at 100 yards, the dot will cover a 4″ circle. Here’s a link to the owners manual http://sightmark.com/images/manuals/SM13001.pdf The 15.7@100m means that the “TV screen” you’re looking through has a 15.7 meter field of view at 100 meters. A 4″ dot on a mansize target at 100 yards is plenty good. If you’re buying this to shoot really tiny groups, its the wrong sight.
