Rifle zeroing help. HURRY!?

OK, I am trying to zero my rifle ( i have a Remington 700 sps buck-master .30-06 with a carl zeiss 3-9 X 40 MC scope mounted on it.) I went to zero it yesterday and was all set up and had the manual and everything but couldn’t get the crosshairs to move. I twisted all of the dials both ways. any help? also, where can I get it professionally zeroed in Houston, Texas?

I can’t shoot in my backyard, I would have to drive for a good hour to go shoot. I want to adjust it so when I go to shoot a buck, I will actually come close

in houston call these gun ranges about zeroing but remember every one is different and you will need to shoot the gun yourself to check zero even after someone does it for you. even if these places will not do it they may be able to help find someone for you.
