How does variable magnification(zoom) affect airgun scope picture quality?
I was looking at these 2 scope and wanted to know if variable magnification would affect the quality of view.

variable magnification scopes change the distance in lenses as you zoom. with the change, the crosshairs may become more blurry, or the target mey become blurry, on most scopes, at the front there is a peice like that of the windadge adjustment that unscrews, unscrew it, and twist the threads, the picture quality will change tromendously. on my bushnell .22 rimfire, i needed to adjust it
